Hanno Hepke is Partner in Advisory and responsible for the M&A service line.

Matthias Lowa is a member of management of the Tax service line at Grant Thornton AG. He has been working in the real estate sector since 2002 and advises asset managers and institutional investors from Germany and abroad as well as private equity real estate investors.

Dr Mathias Reif joined Grant Thornton 2023 and heads the Legal M&A practice group. He mainly advises corporations and medium-size companies on national & international mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings.

Thorsten Schneider joined Grant Thornton in 2021 and is Head of Debt Advisory. Before his work at Grant Thornton, Thorsten Schneider worked for major German banks for more than 20 years in the credit sector and as a relationship manager for medium-sized companies as well as in Debt Advisory with an international consulting firm for 8 years.

Tom Winter is Senior Manager in the Debt Advisory team. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, he spent nine years at Deloitte in the Debt & Capital Advisory practice, advising corporates, banks and financial sponsors on leveraged finance transactions, refinancings, structured financings and asset-based finance solutions.
