Alexander Fleischer is partner in the Tax Service Line at Grant Thornton. He has many years of experience in advising client on tax and legal matters. 

The core activities of Alexander Fleischer and his team include comprehensive assistance of private and commercial clients. His personal core activities focus on legal and tax due diligence reviews, structuring of business successions  and private asset transfers as well as other planning-related restructurings.

As Partner, Alexander Fleischer is responsible for national and international tax matters concerning institutional investors and private-equity clients.

• Project-related tax advice, e.g. on structuring capital investments, family investments abroad, moving domiciles, foundations, review of tax-induced investments
• Advice on business sales and business acquisitions from the point of view of private asset holders
