Dr Gerrit Bartsch

Dr Gerrit Bartsch is a tax consultant and German Public Auditor with many years’ experience in advising companies on national and international tax law, inbound and outbound investments, and tax structuring and advising on M&A transactions. He focuses on the shipping, energy and real estate sectors. 

He is also a lecturer at the Hamburg campus of the University of Europe for Applied Sciences and lectures on accounting and national and international tax law.

Before joining Grant Thornton, he worked for over 16 years as a partner at an international law firm.
