Matthias Brust - Senior Manager in the Advisory service line
Matthias Brust is a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton’s Deal Advisory team in Frankfurt. He has more than 12 years of professional experience in transaction advisory services and M&A.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Matthias worked in the transaction practices of Duff & Phelps and EY and as M&A project manager and managing director of a start-up within the H.H. Retail Group (among others KiK / Tedi / Woolworth). Matthias has worked on and led more than 80 buy-side and sell-side due diligence and M&A projects in Europe, supporting leading international and medium-sized companies as well as financial investors.
Matthias studied business administration with a focus on accounting and holds a Diploma in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann equivalent to MScBM)..
