Kerstin Dammlaks

Kerstin Dammlaks has many years of experience in auditing and advising mainly medium-sized businesses. After several years in Audit & Assurance, she spent seven years advising clients at Grant Thornton LLP in the US in different functions within a secondment. He core activities focused on project management of corporate transformations and assistance with corporate transactions, in particular carve-outs. After returning to Grant Thornton Germany, she joined Corporate Finance & Advisory where she is mainly involved in national and international corporate transactions. In addition, she represents the Advisory service line in the US Desk.
