Kerstin Dammlaks - German Public Auditor and Tax Adviser
Kerstin is Partner in our Advisory team and seated in our Duesseldorf office. She is a seasoned practitioner and has more than 14 years of experience in auditing, project management, and consulting. She spent 7 years as a secondee with Grant Thornton LLP in the US serving international clients in various roles and advised clients with financial reporting in HBG, US GAAP and IFRS. Recently, her core activities mainly focus on transaction related advisory services, in particular carve-outs, due diligence examinations, IPO/SEC reporting, and integration/separation readiness related projects.
Kerstin’s broad sector experience is based on her work with clients in many industries including professional services, financial services, real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals as well as information technology.
