Jochen Fecher

Jochen Fecher has more than 24 years of experience in national and international transaction-related company valuations. Before joining Grant Thornton, Jochen worked for PwC where he gained more than 20 years of professional experience. He advises on corporate restructurings, particularly related to transaction processes under German stock corporation law, mergers and takeovers. He advises clients from various industries.

• Preparation of fairness opinions for business decisions
• Valuations related to measurements under stock corporation law (squeeze-outs, control  and profit and loss transfer agreements, mergers, audits of non-cash capital increases, etc.) and support with subsequent valuation court proceedings
