He advises on corporate restructurings, particularly in the context of transaction processes under German stock corporation law, mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients from various industries.

• Preparation of fairness opinions in the context of entrepreneurial decisions
• Valuations in connection with measures under stock corporation law (squeeze-outs, domination and profit and loss transfer agreements, mergers, audits of non-cash capital increases, etc.) as well as support in special court proceedings (‘Spruchverfahren’)
