Sören Freitag

Sören Freitag is a Partner who works in the Tax service line at our Berlin office. He focuses on all-encompassing tax advice for medium-sized companies and private individuals on questions concerning day-to-day business, tax audits, holdings, restructuring and reorganisation. He gives advice on structuring family holdings and management participation models and has extensive experience in numerous national and cross-border corporate transactions.
He gives lectures on management participation, corporate transactions, tax due diligence, taxation on acquisitions and sales as well as on current tax topics.
