Christian Hannemann joined Grant Thornton in 2023 as Counsel and advises national and international investors and companies. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions, transformations, joint ventures, incorporations, and commercial and corporate disputes related to the above-mentioned matters, as well as general commercial and corporate law.

Field of Expertise

• Share and asset deals in various sectors, including fitness/health, automotive, IT, manufacturing, incl. project management, preparation of the necessary purchase and side agreements, signing and closing support and post-merger integration
• General corporate transactions such as company formations, capital increases and mergers
• Litigation in shareholder and post-merger disputes as well as in general commercial and industrial disputes (in particular commercial tenancy law)
