Hanno Hepke is Partner in Advisory and responsible for the M&A service line. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance and M&A, and in advising companies in the technology, media, and telecommunications business as well as in leading positions in the Corporate Finance and M&A departments of EY, Arthur Andersen und PwC, among others.

- Initiating and conducting corporate transactions on the buyer and seller side as well as of distressed M&A and management buy-outs
- Financing and structuring of transactions
- Financial, market and commercial due diligence
- Assistance in transactions in the IT, telecommunications, and media business
