Julia Hennig is Senior Associate at Grant Thornton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH and part of the Corporate / M&A team. Before joining Grant Thornton, she gained practical experiences as lawyer in the field of M&A and corporate law, especially in the context of international transactions in one of the Magic Circle law firms in Munich.
She accompanies M&A transactions from due diligence to signing and closing by drafting transaction documents (SPA, APA) and via project management.
