Sascha Jordan

Sascha Jordan joined the Advisory division in 2014 and has since been involved in corporate finance and transaction projects for national and international clients, oftentimes in cooperation with experts from the international Grant Thornton network. In 2017 / 18 he deepened his international expertise during a secondment for Grant Thornton UK in the Manchester Transaction Advisory team. Sascha completed both his Bachelor's degree (Economics) and his Master's degree (Finance & Accounting) at the University of Münster and spent a semester abroad at Fudan University in Shanghai, China.

• Support in national and international corporate transactions (in particular financial due diligence on the buy and sell side)
• Transaction negotiations and SPA advice on purchase price relevant issues
• Preparation / review of financial models
• Transaction support: data room management, data books, carve-out financials and financial fact books
