Josef Nachmann is a lawyer, he heads the Legal service line and heads the Munich Office. He advises clients on real estate law, and particularly on complex real estate transactions and developments, business liability law, M&A, and private equity and venture capital investments. Owing to his more than 30 years of experience, he possesses a great wealth of experience in legal disputes and settlement in mediation proceedings. He can also look back on many years of successful practice as an insolvency administrator.
