Dario Jüttner

Dario Jüttner joined Grant Thornton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in July 2023 as a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Legal department. 
He advises on all aspects of regulatory and investment law, particularly direct and indirect investments in regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds for institutional investors with a focus on insurance companies and pension funds, asset managers and capital management companies.

Fields of expertise

• Structuring and documenting open and closed-end alternative investment funds and multinational investment structures in the areas of credit, private equity, securities, infrastructure and real estate funds, particularly regarding the requirements of the EU Taxonomy and Disclosure Regulation as well as structuring of debt securities (particularly green bonds under the ICMA/EU Green Bonds Standard)
• Implementation of securitisation structures issued by Luxembourg, German or Irish securitisation special purpose vehicles reflecting participations in credit, private equity infrastructure and real estate funds in Germany, Luxembourg, Ireland or the USA, as well as preparation and implementation of regulatory approval procedures
• Advising institutional investors on the acquirability and marketability of target investments in funds and securities, as well as conducting due diligence reviews and preparing acquirability memoranda (meeting the acquirability requirements under the KAGB, VAG, AnlV, SGB and Solvency II)
