Marina Gräfenstein is Senior Manager and has more than 20 years of experience in auditing. She is responsible for financial statement audits for large and medium-sized and capital market-oriented companies according to Public Disclosure Act [Publizitätsgesetz - PublG], German GAAP and IFRS. She also has many years of experience in the preparation and auditing of consolidated financial statements for globally acting partnerships and corporations in conformity with PublG, German GAAP and IFRS. In this regard, she has special expertise concerning the consolidation software IDL.
Her activities also include IFRS conversion projects for capital market-oriented companies and large corporations. She has special expertise in Retail & Consumer Products, Chemical Industry and Logistics and is fluent in Russian.
