Matthew Harrison is a Senior Manager in our Düsseldorf office. Since 2008 he has been advising clients on economic transfer pricing matters, in particular concerning function and risk analyses, transfers of functions, benchmark studies (including licensing and financial transactions), and global transfer pricing documentation, as well as defending transfer prices in tax audits.

Examples of projects include a profit spilt model, implementation of new transfer pricing and IP structures and assistance in bilateral Advance Pricing Agreements (APA).
