Nils Neuwerth is a lawyer and Real Estate Economist (IRE|BS) in our Berlin office. He has specialised in contract drafting in real estate and company law for more than 10 years, in particular in assistance in contract negotiations for hotel projects and the implementation of tax concepts in terms of civil law. He advises mostly property developers, asset managers and investors in real estate as well as national and international hotel operators.
