Cornelius Rouven Ostmann

Cornelius Ostmann advises and represents clients in commercial and corporate disputes, both in state courts and in domestic and international arbitration. His work includes, in particular, D&O liability matters, post M&A disputes and commercial and shareholder disputes. In addition, Mr. Ostmann advises clients with regard to alternative dispute resolution and the drafting of contracts. 

Before joining Grant Thornton Germany, Mr. Ostmann worked in the litigation department of another large international law firm.
