Julia Pascher

Julia Pascher works in inheritance law and company successions. She around 15 years of experience in advising medium-sized (family-owned) businesses and private-equity clients on tax and legal matters concerning structuring of successions.  Her core activities focus in particular on national and international inheritance and matrimonial property law, corporate law, as well as estate tax law. She has special expertise in cross-border tax advisory for private equity clients.

• Drawing up of wills, inheritance and marriage contracts, lasting power of attorney including advance healthcare directive, donation agreements and articles of association.
