Peter Ebert works in the field of auditing non-publicly listed companies and tax advisory services in our Leipzig office. He has many years of experience in auditing and advising mainly medium-sized enterprises and is also a member of our Energy & Environment industry group.

• Audits of separate and consolidated financial statements of SMEs and of public utilities with private and municipal owner structure
• Assurance services on questions of energy law, concession fee and price law
• Preparation of financial statements and consolidated financial statements
