Rainer Wilts

Rainer Wilts is a Partner in the Advisory service line at Grant Thornton Germany. He has worked at Grant Thornton for over 30 years, initially setting up the transaction advisory subservice line and then leading the Advisory service line for many years. He is a German Public Auditor and tax adviser and also a sworn expert for business valuations publicly appointed by the Düsseldorf Chamber of Commerce and Trade (IHK).

The focus of Rainer Wilts’ field of advisory is restructuring and turnaround management.
