Elisabeth Schröter is Senior Manager in the Tax service line. She has various years of experience in the preparation and audit of financial statements and consolidated financial statements in conformity with German GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP, in particular for listed companies, and the management as well as structure and process organisation of financial departments. Her core activities focus on advising international clients on tax compliance and financial statement preparation. She has special expertise in assisting clients from the biotechnology industry.
