Lukas Schwellenbach

Lukas Schwellenbach has been working as a lawyer since 2023. His work focuses on providing legal and strategic assistance to his clients in implementing business models concerning telecommunications infrastructure. Lukas also gives advice, both in telecommunications and the energy sector, on issues regarding public commercial law and company law. He particularly assists with transactions, restructuring and cooperation arrangements made by local government enterprises.  A further focus of his work is drafting and examining contractual agreements.
