Stefanie Duch has more than 20 years of professional experience in assisting medium-sized and listed enterprises. The main part of her work is business valuations and economic expert opinions. She is one of the Partner responsible for the Valuation service line of Grant Thornton.

• Business valuations (in the context of corporate restructuring measures, M&A transactions, non-cash capital increases, intercompany agreements, accounting-related or tax-related valuation procedures, expert opinions, equity/debt swaps)

• Dispute/Economic Advisory (Expert opinions on management subjects, valuation matters, damages and business analyses in arbitration and court proceedings and for parties)
