Thorsten Schneider

Thorsten Schneider joined Grant Thornton in 2021 and is Head of Debt Advisory. Before his work at Grant Thornton, Thorsten Schneider worked for major German banks for more than 20 years in the credit sector and as a relationship manager for medium-sized companies as well as in Debt Advisory with an international consulting firm for 8 years. He has an in-depth understanding of corporate finance, covering services such as business and credit analysis, credit assessment, rating, as well as structuring, optimisation, and implementation of corporate finance.

• Broad expertise and many years of experience (> 30 years) in the financing sector across all corporate phases for companies (including family businesses), private equity companies and companies with a public background
• Development and practical implementation of financing strategies for the optimization and structuring of the liabilities side with the inclusion of various credit and capital market components
