Marco Wagner

Marco Wagner advises national and international companies and SMEs, shareholders and managing directors in particular on issues of commercial and corporate law, on corporate transactions (M&A) and on corporate restructurings. In addition, he regularly advises on issues of directors' and officers' liability (D&O). 

Marco also has extensive experience in handling disputes ("corporate and commercial litigation"), e.g. in connection with complex shareholder disputes, post-M&A disputes as well as commercial and distribution related disputes. Marco regularly represents clients before both state courts and courts of arbitration.

Before he joined Grant Thornton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, he worked both for national and international corporate law firms (e.g. Hogan Lovells Int. LLP) in the fields of corporate law and litigation.
