Walther Henning - Senior Manager in the Advisory service line
Walther Henning works as Senior Manager in the Advisory service line. As a real estate expert he can look back at 30 years of experience in the real estate sector. During this time, his work included the valuation, purchase and development of properties and projects and the responsibility for the coordination of property developer schemes.
Walther Henning is a publicly appointed and sworn expert for the appraisal of developed and undeveloped properties.
He also is a certified real estate appraisal expert (according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024, by the accrediting organisation DIAZert) for the market value determination according to the Regulation on the Determination of Real Estate Value [ImmoWertV] and mortgage lending value determination according to the Regulation on the Determination of the Mortgage Lending Value [BelWertV] for all types of real estate. He is also authorised to bear the title of Recognised European Valuer (REV).
