Wilhelm Mickerts is a Partner in Advisory and Co-Head Transaction Services Germany. He is also Head of Private Equity Germany, as well as a Member of the Advisory Leadership Team at Grant Thornton in Germany.
From 2010 to 2015, Wilhelm worked as a Managing Partner for Accuracy Germany. He began his career at KPMG, where he gained 25 years professional experience, including 11 years in Corporate Financial Advisory. Wilhelm is a Certified Chartered Accountant and also Certified Tax Advisor. His focus is, in particular on medium-sized companies, where he has conducted numerous vendor and buy-side due diligence projects. He also focuses on buyer support, the structuring of transactions and negotiations as well as advising international companies, medium-sized companies and financial investors.
