Grant Thornton advises Main Capital Partners and PERBILITY on the acquisition of BEGIS
Duesseldorf, 27. November 2023
On November 7, 2023, PERBILITY, a portfolio company of Main Capital Partners, announced its strategic acquisition of BEGIS, an eminent digital HR document specialist. This acquisition marks the second acquisition for PERBILITY following last year's acquisition of Concludis.
Grant Thornton advised PERBILITY and Main Capital Partners on the acquisition. Comprising professionals from Germany, consisting of Tobias Kluth, Sven Kirse, Anastasia Smanyuk and Daniel Nesseler, contributed to the successful completion of the transaction by providing financial due diligence services.
PERBILITY is a leading provider of cloud-based HR software solutions and serves over 1,500 customers in German-speaking countries. The core of PERBILITY's offering is the Helix platform, which provides efficient and forward-looking solutions for talent acquisition, employee development and digital HR management.
BEGIS, based in Berlin and with a dedicated team of over 60 employees, offers a robust, cloud-based software suite specifically designed for modern HR management. This suite includes key HR functions such as digital personnel file management, workflow automation, corporate communications and more.
As a strategic investor with a focus on enterprise software in the Benelux, DACH and Nordic regions, Main Capital Partners manages assets of more than EUR 2.2 billion and has been successfully supporting companies in realizing sustainable growth since 2003.
