Grant Thornton advises Main Capital Partners and Pro4all on the strategic partnership with PMG

On March 13, 2023, Pro4all, a portfolio company of Main Capital Partners, announced a strategic partnership with PMG. This partnership is the first step in an international buy-and-build strategy of Pro4all since the acquisition of a majority stake through Main Capital Partners in 2022.
In this transaction, Grant Thornton supported Pro4all and Main Capital Partners through a financial and tax due diligence as well as through subsequent advisory services.
Founded 2001 in the Netherlands, Pro4all – on the back of its document management solution “Docstream”, its quality assurance and inspection tool “Snagstream” and its project management platform “Prostream” – has developed a leading position as a digitisation partner for the project development and construction industry.
PMG supports project developers, construction companies and planning offices with its high-security, cloud-based and cross-industry data management solutions, mainly around its central collaboration platform “PAVE”. The company regards itself as a pioneer in the digitisation of the construction and real-estate sector. With the experience from numerous projects and a total construction volume of above EURbn 100 handled, projects can be carried out less error prone, more cost- and time-efficient, more transparent and more sustainable.
As a strategic investor focusing on corporate software in the Benelux, DACH and Nordics, Main Capital Partners has around EURbn 2.2 assets under management.
