Grant Thornton advises Main Capital Partners

In early December, Main Capital Partners, a leading player in the software investment sector, sold the German software company JobRouter AG to Aptean Inc., a prominent provider of industry-specific software. This marks Main Capital Partners' fifth exit in 2024.

An interdisciplinary team from Grant Thornton in Germany provided Main Capital Partners with a financial fact book and commercial analysis (customer referencing), contributing significantly to the successful completion of the transaction.
