Grant Thornton advises Swedish BICO Group

Frankfurt, 29 November 2024 - BICO Group AB, a lab automation partner and provider of selected workflows to pharma and biotech, has sold 100% of its shares in Nanoscribe GmbH. With the sale to LAB14 GmbH, BICO has successfully aligned its portfolio with its updated strategy, BICO 2.0. 

A transaction advisory team of Grant Thornton in Germany led by partner Klaus-Martin Haussmann advised BICO in the form of a financial fact book and was able to make a significant contribution to the successful completion of the transaction.
