Grant Thornton Gruppe berät Trützschler bei Verkauf von Service- und Ersatzteilgeschäft an Oerlikon
At the end of August, the Trützschler Group, a leading supplier of textile machinery and systems, withdrew from the man-made fibre business for bulked continuous filament (BCF) and industrial yarn (IDY) produced using machines and plant and sold its service and replacement part business to the Swiss Oerlikon Group. The Group has integrated the acquired business into its Oerlikon Polymer Processing Solutions division.
A team from Grant Thornton in Germany, led by the Partner Tobias Kluth, advised the Trützschler Group by providing a vendor financial fact book and was thereby able to play a decisive role in the successful conclusion of the transaction.
