Grant Thornton assists Dutch Springboard Network

Düsseldorf, 19 November 2024 - Beginning of October 2024, Dutch Springboard Network B.V., a leading provider of network solutions, announced the takeover of the German IT company system.de – System & Project GmbH. This is Springboard Network’s second strategic acquisition within a short time, reaching into the German market.

An interdisciplinary team from Grant Thornton Germany provided Springboard Network with financial and tax due diligences and, thus, contributed successfully to the execution of the deal.

Springboard Network was founded in 2022 as a European umbrella brand for Cisco partner companies of the Avit Group and Wingmen in cooperation with Dutch Private Equity firm Quadrum Capital. The network combines specialist IT integrators and managed service providers in Europe. The participating brands cooperate in developing new initiatives and exchange their knowledge, experience and resources to offer their customers outstanding and complementary services.

system.de, registered in Berlin, is a services provider and Cisco partner specialising in IT solutions, particularly in the fields of system integration and managed services. The company offers customised solutions for network management, IT security and cloud services and has built up a strong reputation for its expertise and customer-based approach.
